Asandé comes alongside women here in South Africa and further afield in the DRC through The Mother's Union. We believe empowering women through business is the most effective way to create a brighter future for women in need. Through each purchase we are able to fund three things for women here and in Congo.
Firstly, holistic care for each woman depending on her needs. We then provide skills training for her to be effective in the business of her choice and lastly seed funding to create their own micro-enterprise. Each woman who is a part of the Asandé family is empowered to use business to rebuild their lives from the ground up. Our hope is that through Asandé women can create a brighter future for themselves and their families.
