Delivery

Delivery is done via various courier services. A tracking number and the tracking page link to keep track of your order will be supplied to you.

Deliveries are only made on business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). For orders outside the main cities, please allow additional time for delivery.

Your order will only be processed once we have received your payment and it has cleared in our bank account.

Jislaaik Online Shop cannot take liability for orders delivered to an address (supplied by the client) that is incomplete or wrong and the client will be responsible for any fees incurred.

If a package should be refused upon delivery, the client will be liable for all delivery fees.

Our parcels are unfortunately not insured - so please do make contact with us to request insurance on your parcel additionally.

 

Deliveries in South Africa

Deliveries are done throughout South Africa – deliveries to main cities are usually quicker.

Our delivery lead times are about 2 to 5 working days as a standard to main cities with door to door courier. Should anything change, we’ll be in contact with you.

Delivery are set at a flat fee of R69 for deliveries in South Africa. We do offer free delivery for orders above R1500. Some brands' products have a free delivery amount set:

- T-shirt Bed & Strong Loungewear - on orders above R1000

- Stumped - on orders above R600

- Stone Sloth - on orders above R900

We make use of various couriers within South Africa.

 

Deliveries outside of South Africa

Our delivery lead times are about 5 to 10 working days as a standard to main cities with door to door courier. Should anything change, we’ll be in contact with you.

Deliveries outside of South Africa are charged according to DHL rates. 

International delivery fees are all excluding customs. Customs will be for your own account where applicable.

Collections are unfortunately not yet available.

 

Lead Times

Our lead time also depends on how long each supplier takes to complete your order. On each product page at the top will indicate the supplier's lead time (how many days) and if your product is currently in stock or if it is a "Made-to-order" product.

 

Tracking your order

Once you have placed your order and your order has been packed, the courier will be booked to collect your parcel. 

You will receive the tracking details and updates via email, so be sure to check for that.
