We do not store or use any of your card/payment details - our payments are securely facilitated through verified & trusted 3rd parties, who specialise in processing payments, such as PayFast, Payflex, Zapper and/or PayJustNow. These payment gateways would require you to sign up or have an account with them. This is mandatory unless you choose to by by standard EFT.

Some of your personal information will be shared with 3rd parties (purely to process your order) like Uafrica or The Courier Guy or in certain cases a different courier. If we do not have your address and telephone number we will not know where to deliver your parcel to. This is mandatory.

Some of your personal information will be shared with 3rd parties (for marketing purposes) like MailChimp if you do choose to subscribe. This is not mandatory, but a nice to have for us.

Our website also collects data about your interests which is synced to Facebook and Google in order for us to run paid advertisements. This is mandatory.

Our Promise

Jislaaik promises to never ever sell or distribute any of your personal, contact or financial details for any reason whatsoever.

We promise not to spam you on any level and if you do feel that we do, please have a chat to us.

If you feel that we are abusing your information you are welcome to contact the information regulator which is the enforcer of POPIA.

Your Rights

You have the right to access your information and to rectify it should it be incomplete or incorrect.
