Delivery & Lead Times


Delivery is done via various courier services. A tracking number and the tracking page link to keep track of your order will be supplied to you.

Deliveries are done throughout South Africa – deliveries to main cities are usually quicker.

Our delivery lead times are about 2 to 5 working days as a standard to main cities with door to door courier. Should anything change, we’ll be in contact with you.

Deliveries are only made on business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). For orders outside the main cities, please allow additional time for delivery.

Your order will only be processed once we have received your payment and it has cleared in our bank account.

Jislaaik Online Shop cannot take liability for orders delivered to an address (supplied by the client) that is incomplete or wrong and the client will be responsible for any fees incurred.

If a package should be refused upon delivery, the client will be liable for all delivery fees.

Delivery varies between R60 and R80 depending on which option you select. Heavier items will have a delivery charge of R100.

Our parcels are unfortunately not insured – so please do make contact with us to request insurance on your parcel additionally.


Collections are unfortunately not yet available as most stock is kept at supplier locations. If you are in Johannesburg and would like to arrange collection (only available for certain products), send us an email or whatsapp and let’s see how we can accommodate you.

Lead Times

Our lead time also depends on how long each supplier takes to complete your order. On each product page at the bottom, in the “additional information” tab you will find details on the supplier’s lead time (how many days) and if your product is currently in stock or if it is a “Made-to-order” product.

Tracking your order

Once we book the courier for your parcel, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.

If your tracking number starts with “UA”, you will receive updates via email or you can track it here.

If your tracking number starts with “LOCK”, you can track your parcel here.
